1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays) after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Times

We offer FREE Express Tracked Shipping globally with the following estimated delivery times:

  • All Countries: 4–7 business days after dispatch.

3. Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use this to monitor your delivery through our partnered carrier’s website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the courier to update tracking.

4. Customs & Duties

  • International Customers: You are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by your country. These charges are not included in your order total and will be billed separately by your local customs authority.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at turbobreezemini@yahoo.com to investigate.
  • Damaged Items: Report damage within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging for assistance.

6. Returns & Shipping
