Returns Policy

At TruboFreeze, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re unsatisfied, here’s how to return or exchange items:

1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags/labels attached.
Non-Returnable: For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless faulty.

2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Email turbobreezemini@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange or fill out the form HERE.

We’ll send a prepaid return shipping label only for faulty/damaged items. For non-faulty returns, you’ll cover return shipping costs.

Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided in the return email.

3. Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned item if it clears inspection.
Refund Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
Deductions: Refunds exclude original shipping costs (unless the item is faulty).

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the replacement item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

Report damaged/defective items within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging.

We’ll cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or refund immediately.

6. Orders Including "FREE GIFTS"

If an order containing a free gift is returned and the remaining value no longer meets the eligibility criteria, the free gift must also be returned in its original condition. If the free gift is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from the refund.

7. International Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred.

Declare the package as a “returned item” to avoid additional duties.
